| Radar based on laser radiation and avalanche photodiode(APD)has advantages of strong anti-interferenceability, high resolution and wide detection range that developed quickly in recent years. Traditional laser radar uses single detector and scanning device to detect target area, which is bulky and inefficient. Radar base on APD array can get better performance which is a promising detecting methods. The push-broom airborne lidar on linear APD can detect wide range of region flexibly and exactly. Receiving and processing system is an important technique of radar. Compared with single APD detector, push-broom lidar is more complex in multichannel signal processingã€imaging system designing and information processing system analysis.The text come up with a receiving and processing system designment of push-broom radar which can achieve the range and intensity information. The main contents are as follows:1. Researched the working principle of push-broom airborne lidar based on linear APD detector, analysis the structure and characteristic of lidar system.Present the parameter of resolution ratio, range accuracy, repetition frequence and information processing rate base on application sense.2. Analysed fuction and structure of receiving and processing system. Comfirm the parameter based on analysis of detector system. Presenting a designment of receving and processing system that can acquire range and intensity information.3. Presented a multichannel of 64 receiving and processing system, which consist of adjustment module, multiplexer module and information processing module. The adjustment module has the function of amplify, signal indentifying and peak holding.The multiplexer module has the function of transfering signal from parallel to serial.The information processing module has the function of system controllingã€drivingã€and time and intensity information processing.4. Completed the system circuit designment of hardward structure;analysed and simulated each circuit module,made the PCB layout of signal condition circuit. Designed the working state and flowchart of receiving and processing system.Analysed the system status and driving sequence of linear APD detector by digital simulation; Verifyed the feasibility of designed system preliminary. |
