The purpose of the underwater acoustic signal acquisition module design is to extract frequency for 100Hz~500Hz acoustic data, conduct conversion module, stored in SD card.This topic designed an underwater acoustic signal acquisition module. The system can extract 100Hz~500Hz frequency data from the primitive acoustic data by the preamplifier board, filter plate and digital circuit board. At the same time, the system stored the original data into SD card through the SPI bus and sent the collected data to Coast stood PC by Wireless digital radio.The hardware structure of the module chose modular circuits board design method. The hardware part included five parts, the preamplifier board, two pieces of filter board, Conversion module circuit board and digital circuit board. They were packaged in stack type structure. The software design choose IAR Embedded Workbench programming environment. This part mainly said the programming about the digital circuit board MSP430F5438 and the GUIDE to redact the PC interface in the MATLAB. The system has been experimented underwater. We found that the system could complete basic prescribed technical index through analyzing the original collection data. The research results of the module will be of certain reference to underwater acoustic research.
