Design And Implementation Of Mobile Manuscript Editing System Of Journal Of Luoding Polytechnic

With the development of information technology, great changes have taken place to the traditional m agazine management. Manuscript editing management information systems have been applied to various m agazines. It lays a foundation for im proving the efficiency of manuscript editing management and stand ardize the m anuscript editing management processes. However, with th e development of the m agazine, manuscript editing has a wide rang e of demands. The traditional manuscript editing inf ormation systems was limited by the time and places which began to restrict the d evelopment of the magazine. With the development and application of mobile technology, it bings new development ideas for the m agazine’s editorial m anuscript editing m anagement. To making the manuscript editing mobility was a important technol ogy for improving the development of m agazine. In this thesis, the design sch eme of m anuscript mobile editing management system is put forward based on the actual s ituation of Luoding Polytechnic Journal manuscript editing management.In recent years, the am ount of Luoding polytechnic journal manuscripts gradually increased, and the edito rial staff’s workload increased, therefore, how to im prove the efficiency of manuscript editing become the inevitable choice for Luoding polytechnic Journal newsroom staff. The current contri butes was a traditiona l way, which mainly delivered by e-mail. After receiving the manuscripts, the staf f printed docum ents directly and delivered to th e school experts to review. The thesises submission, expert reviewing and giving the admission notice to the authors were in a traditional approach. Especially in the expert reviewing stage, the manuscripts were dilivered by files, which took a long tim e and was not ef ficient. To solve these problems, Luoding Polytechnic Jounal manuscript mobile editing system was designed and im plemented based on mobile platform development technology.In the specific design process of manuscr ipt mobile editin g system, the system server was disigned in MVC design mode by using the Web Service technology system. In the mobile application side, it selec ted the Android developm ent platform that allowed mobile editing system to run on the Android system. The code design of manuscript mobile editing system was implemented by using the Java language. The system was packaged into APK file and wa s installed and used on your Android phone. After APK installation, th e feedback was good by the authors and the editorial department administrators. It reduced the ed itorial staff work intensity by using m obile phone to edit. It greatly reduced the time and space b etween editors and authors and reviewers by mobile contributes, mobile review, mobile editing. And it m ade the three parties easier and faster to communicate. It raised the level of modernization of Luoding Polytechnic Journal manuscript editing and kept pace with technological development.
