| In the infrared imaging system, infrared focal plane array is the core part based on infrared thermography technology. Due to its Small volume, light quality, low power consumption, uncooled infrared focal plane array without complex refrigeration equipment in the infrared focal plane array, is widely used in military and civil fields. To ensure the imaging quality of infrared imaging system, uncooled infrared focal plane arrays and readout circuit must be tested. All this requires to develop a software system to test various parameters. The software system can not only analyze the performances of infrared focal plane arrays and readout circuit, but also assess their quality in order to help develop infrared imaging system. Based on Visual C++ development environment, this thesis probes into uncooled infrared detector and readout circuit of software test system to complete the design of set-up of software platform.The main work of this thesis is to design and develop a test system software platform of uncooled infrared focal plane detector based on three-dimensional noise model. The software platform consists of: parameter settings and data acquisition module, performance parameter calculation module and image real-time display module. Through the development of three major modules and their son modules, the following characteristics of test system software platform can be realized: set the system parameter and control the working state of the detection system; control of high speed data acquisition card; calculate various parameters of the detector system and evaluate the performance of the readout circuit; display real-time image and construct good man-machine interface.The test results show, based on Visual C++, the test system software platform realizes high-speed and accurate data acquisition, achieves the goal of rapid assessment of readout circuit, completes the output image display and correction, and eventually improves the quality of the infrared imaging. |
