Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System In Shijiazhuang University

Campus office management system mainly is to meet all kinds of information and the application in the process of office. It realized of digital construction of the campus office and brought convenience for the teacher and students’ life, study and work. It also helps managers to realize campus management automation, reduce the workload and improve the accuracy of the operation. We designed and implemented the project of the office management system for Shijiazhuang University based on the analysis of the requirements of Shijiazhuang University.In this thesis, according to the actual situation of the school, requirement analysis of the function of various modules for the office management system, and presents the overall design of office management system planning, and the general schematic of the office management system is given. Designed the physical form of the database and given the Entity Relationship Diagram of system, according to the information which transferred in the office management system. In addition, we given the design of each sub-module based on analyzed the database design and illustrated the design of the each module through the timing diagram of each module.The back office management including the administrator manages user rights, system management, file upload, announcement, student information management, teachers’ salaries, as well as the scientific system, etc. The front interface mainly realize the client’s function, including browse and download the file, browse the announcement, entry and look at student achievement, look at and modify personal information for teachers, as well as the scientific research information to view and modify, etc. These office management module functions help Shijiazhuang University to realize the efficient, standardized management, achieve the efficient resource sharing and the effective management of information.This thesis introduces functional requirements, design philosophy, function design and system implementation of the office management system for Shijiazhuang University. The design and implementation of office management system for Shijiazhuang University not only realized the digital management of the campus and improved the management level, and brought great convenience for teachers and students, but also has good economic and social benefit.
