This paper is based on the key project of Science and Technology Support Plan Projects of Jiangsu Province which named “The Development of Remote Real-time Monitoring System of Sudden Infectious Disease On Patients Physiological Parametersâ€. In this paper, the main work is to carry out the research on the key technology research and realization about remote medical monitoring system. It has very important theory significance and engineering application value.This paper aims at the huge information database of patients, And it researches the method on how to search for the relevant information of patients more quickly and which retrieval algorithm the system should choose. This paper studies and realizes the dynamic search of patient information based on the binary search tree. It improves the efficiency of retrieval on patient information, At the same time the system calculates the number of inquiries about patients, thus it can focus on taking care of the patient whose inquiries is the most. So, it helps the staff care for the patient conveniently. As more and more patients participate in the medical monitoring system, patients the system database accumulates much patient information. In order to help the staff gain the relationship between patient’s physiological parameters and patient’s condition from the information database of patients timely, this paper puts forward a kind of improved Apriori algorithm. The algorithm makes full use of the characteristics of medical data and regards the entire transaction as an attribute, avoiding the operation that traditional Apriori algorithm repeatedly scans the transaction database, so that simplifies the process while generating candidate sets. The results show that the improved Apriori algorithm has obvious improvement in efficiency, providing a good decision support about some sudden illness for the staff timely.This paper also realizes the terminal interface system of the remote monitoring system and describes the overall realization processes of remote medical monitoring system, at the same time it introduces the communication solution in detail. Firstly the acquisition sensor measures patient’s physiological parameters, then sends out the data to the remote terminal through the Wifi technology and the GPRS network. There are two scenes in the remote communication. When the patient is at hospital, the acquisition sensor sends out patient’s physiological parameters to the remote terminal by Wifi network what the hospital builds; When the patient is in the outdoors, the acquisition sensor sends out patient’s physiological parameters to the remote terminal by the network what the mobile phone builds. If the phone receives the data, then it sends the data to the remote terminal by the GPRS network. So the staff can get the patient’s physiological parameters from the medical monitoring system all the time. |
