| The internal management of enterprises has undergone fundamental changes and human resources management has become an important part of enterprise management, along with the continuous development and expansion of enterprises. During the innovation and evolution of economic mechanism, companies are shifting their focusing of competition from money capital, natural resource into HR resources. Therefore, enterprise ought to find the best solution to manage their HR resources in a more standardized, scientifically & efficient way.Many companies use the existing human resources management system based on the C/S client server architecture. The development of the structure of the information management software which is poor safety, no centralized control, client overload, maintainability and reusability poorly, influencing administrators to understand the development level of employees accurately. Therefore, the key of the management of is to share information, improve the security of the system and reduce the computer load. Administrators need a new human resources management system to solve these problems.In this paper the design of Human Resource Management Information System based on the basis of WEB, and built the framework structure of Human Resource Management System and study on the development strategy of the system.Starting from a deep analysis to the present research study and trend of IT constructions and HR management system, firstly, I will disclose some existing problems and drawbacks of traditional HR management system, and propose a strategy for developing a Web-based HR management system. Secondly with a detailed description of foundation theories of J2 EE system with it relevant technologies, basic terminologies, as well as its core units as a basis to analyses and utilize a practical system: MVC Model based on Struts. And I even go deeper in the research and analysis of such a system; then combining with the real situation I give a detailed analysis all kinds of demand of such a HR management system, with a summary of key features of this HR Management System: System administration, training Management, attendance Management, Reformatory Management, Payroll Management and report statistics; finally I apply the idea of managing workflow into the system, and present the detailed designing plan and final user interfaces.Building of HR management system has adjust and integrated all enterprise applicable resources, will facilitate enterprise to engage in effective and reasonable HR resource allocations, with an optimized business process, improved service quality and enhanced productivity; will also facilitate management to make a more scientifically, faster and accurate decisions; it will eventually provide a strong base for lowering of HR cost, increasing competency and a health development. |
