But many enterprises still adopt the way of paper statements- manual record for personnel management. It leds to the cumbersome and inefficient personnel management work, and restrict the development of the enterprise information management seriously.This paper first analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprise personnel management system use present situation and the necessity. And then, we combined with the investigation of the current advanced practical information management system architecture theory thought and method. Last we absorb domestic and foreign advanced design theory and realization method. All of that provide theoretical support for the system to be designed. We also analysis of the personnel management business process and other related business processes according to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises characteristics and actual demand at the same time. Make the design of the system in accordance with characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise personnel management to meet the requirements of enterprise information management. The human resource management system designed based on B/S architecture to achieve the established requirements. The system uses the oracle database technology to achieve the hr information data storage and management. The system uses ASP.NET technology to the foreground application development. The system implementation contains personnel file management, insurance management, contract management, and other functions of the personnel management system based on Web application. We achieve the overall design of the system by use case design, database design, input and output, etc according to main business flow diagram, function-module diagram, usecase diagram to function analysis of the system. Finally, we testing and evaluation the system which designed and implemented, and it verified the integrity and operability of functional and performance of the personnel management system. It has important significance for the improvement of personnel management level and management efficiency to small and medium-sized enterprises. |
