Design And Implementation Of The Education Document Management System Of Primary And Secondary School

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the research and application of digitization and automation of school management is also gradually developed. The formation of the school archive is mostly those education teaching professional files about teachers, students and teaching equipment management.As the great number of objects involved, their strong liquidity and without special management system, the school will inevitably have defects and loopholes in the collection of those files and cause irreversible loss of information.This thesis based on the investigation into the current situation and demand for education document management of primary and secondary school; the author discovered that there exist the following problems: first, the traditional document management and archives management are separated from each other, resulting in repeated work during the document management process; secondly, because of the lag of the traditional method, whose application integration is complex, expensive, and inflexible,these integrated methods cannot meet the new growing demand for the file management of changes in school procedures. Each scattered flow and system forms an isolated island of information, which makes data sharing and information communication only be delivered by hand. Repetitive data need to be inputted, but also easy to cause the error at the same time. On the other hand, the archives management department of each school has different ways to file the education documents. Different types and different media of the document have different ordinals. The circulation and retrieval papery documents are often difficult to be implemented in OA. In view of this,the emphasis in the system of document management is to realize the educational document integration.This system runned in the.NET Framework environment, using Visual Studio.NET 2010 to develop, C# as the development language and the service oriented architecture(SOA) to develop a unified portal, unified identity management services,which support the various subsystems of the users simultaneously and provide users centralized management interface. Using the CCFLOW unified workflow services for the business, it formulates customization process for tedious and changeable procedures.The document management system for primary and secondary school educationalfiles is mainly using each link to the circulation of official document as reference, to optimize file registration and filing and to improve the efficiency of file circulation of official document, the unified data exchange interface by Web Service provide functions such as file management, data query, statistical analysis and report. When optimize the user management and document management, multimedia document retrieval methods,and archival management, it can develop the circulation of official document information and the traditional document management docking, and strengthen the management system documentation later query at the same time.
