The Design And Implementation Of College Teaching Management System In Comprehensive Teaching Management System

The management of educational administration is an important part of college management, is an important measure of the level of a university. Use of computer and network technology, to establish the educational administration information system, can greatly reduce the work intensity, educational administration management and reduce errors, improve work efficiency, make management more fast, efficient, accurate.The thesis appeared from the comprehensive teaching management office process problems in XX college, according to the characteristics of teaching management in universities, expounds the process of design and implementation of teaching management system of comprehensive teaching management system, including the system development model, relational database design, development tools and environment description. This paper first describes the significance of the topic and put forward the demand of the subject; secondly analyzed the needed in the process of system development technology; then the demand analysis of functional requirements and non functional on the teaching management system is divided into two parts in detail, and from design and safety on the whole is given system; fourth part is specific design of the system, and the database design and the security of the system were discussed in detail; the fifth part is the test to the system after the completion of design system, including several compatibility testing, functional testing, user interface and unit testing. The system is based on B/S mode, using ASP.NET technology, C# language development and design, using the Visual Studio2008 integrated development tools and SQL Server2008 database to achieve the teaching management subsystem. The teaching management system of comprehensive teaching management system in Colleges and universities is divided into registration management module, student user management module, user management module, teacher educational administration management module four modules, each module can be subdivided into several functional modules, such as teachers can teaching register and login the system, implementation on teaching, the teaching quality evaluation management, view the workload management and teaching programs; students can register and login the system of learning, the achievement of curriculum view and other functions, administrators can realize course management, course management, classroom management, performance management, materials subscription management and other functions.This system combined with the actual situation of the school educational administration management system, according to the nature of the subject and the characteristics of the design for its development, in order to better applied in practical teaching management, improve the efficiency of teaching management. Conscientiously do a good job of teaching information collection, management and processing, to ensure the scientific and standard data, lay the foundation for the construction of educational administration information system perfect.
