| In recent years, with the recruitment of students scale expands unceasingly, the management of water and electricity problem became a difficult problem for the managers, the traditional way of management of water and electricity is given priority to with manual operation, has information feedback slow, low working efficiency, poor management quality problems. Therefore, according to the objective demands for water and electricity management in colleges and universities in the information age, and in view of the hydropower management actual situation in our school, we develop the water and electricity management system.The water and electricity management system is based on database management system,and use Microsoft SQL Sever as a developing platform which designed for the water and electricity management system, integrate C / S technology with B / S technology, and add the program of data collecting which based on the mobile devices terminal,the purpose is to optimize the data collection, storage, handling and other links. At last,the problems among campus of the the traditional single-user or LAN-based information management in dealing with Electricity- water such as inefficient utilities,inconvenience and so on which have been solved fundamentally,and achieve the convenient and efficient management among many Campus. First introduces qingyuan vocational and technical college hydropower project background and the research status quo of management system, then studies the key technology of project development, such as: C/S and B/S mode, mobile devices, applications, the introduction of the Android platform,database theory and development tools, Web service technology, etc. Then according to the method of software engineering, carries on the demand analysis to the system, first determine the database information table and systemfunctions, such as data initialization, data management,hydropower query and report printing, and then determine the system’s business processes according to the system function. On the basis of requirement analysis, system design was carried out on the project, including the information table of E-R graph, the table structure design, the implementation of the system function module diagram, and database implementation. Based on the system design, complete the interface design of the system. Due to the space limitations,themain module in this paper only refers to computerterminal and the mobile phone terminal for example, describe the Interface design and the main program design and operationinterface etc. Finally complete the system test on the test methods and test resultsanalysis of two aspects.The water and electricity management system’s development and application reduces the power management staff workload and improves the efficiency and quality management, at the same time, it makes all relevant staff understand truly the new look technology of digital information.Based on the Android platform of mobile client at the same time, convenient for students and staff anytime and anywhere in the query. |
