| The quality and safety of products are always the focus area which is the concern of government departments, enterprises and consumers. The quality traceability system is a whole monitoring system which can track the quality of a certain product, so it gets enough attention of the government and enterprises in recent years. However, present quality traceability systems can only record the processing and transportation of the products with electronic tags, so the information of the record can be shared for the users who want to track the information of the products. But in large enterprises, other than getting the progress and location of the products, they also want to track the reasons while a quality accident appears, so they can resolve the problem quickly and automatically from the origin. Therefore, based on the study of historical information, the thesis presents an automatic tracing algorithm, which can implement the function of automatic reasoning and positioning when a quality problem appears. This algorithm provides a novel pathway for quality traceability.First, the thesis analyses and compares the characteristic of quality traceability and the production process, presents a model based on HMM to verify the feasibility of the automatic tracing to solve quality problems. After analyzing the demands for quality traceability of domain knowledge relationship and the characteristic of process ontology to structure domain knowledge, the thesis presents a method to analyze domain knowledge relationship from domain knowledge and eventually models the work flow by analyzing the relationship between knowledge in the ontology.Then, after constructing the sample data structure by production flow chart which is generated by production process modeling, the sample data will be extracted through RFID-historical information. On the basis of historical information, the HMM model parameter will be trained; this provides a solid base for quality traceability. The HMM model provides the automatic reasoning positioning for the reason of quality problem, and puts forwards proper advices for the positioned reason, eventually formulates a plan for traceability of quality problem.Finally, a quality traceability system for sterilization and supply center is designed and realized with a scene given by central sterile supply department’s Bacteria-free processing of medical apparatus and instruments. The system realizes the tracing scheme and algorithm presented by the thesis, verifies the efficiency of tracing algorithm, and proves the value of the ontology knowledge based traceability system. |
