With the rapid development of China’s wisdom campus,we slowly begin to pay attention to the portal website construction. In terms of the development of the university website, each department faculty website emerge in endlessly, every school has its own website, and even some students will have their own set up web sites and community BBS.Facing so cluttered website group, the web site of the cluster is very inportant.This system uses the JSP language as the foundation, adopts B/S development model, using SQL Server database, based on Eclipse platform, with the aid of the CMS content management system. College website cluster system is designed according to the characteristics of the university web site management. For the network center of technical personnel, they can manage the unified school portal, and solve the problem of "information isolated island". For the departments, managers do not need to have professional knowledge of computers, they only do some work for example: the portal information management and simple designing of the page, which can save manpower material resources.This paper main work and achievements include:1. The analysis shows why the website design of cluster system in colleges and universities, and introduces what company can carry on the related design and research. At the same time, it describes the research status of cluster system at home and abroad, what the current wisdom problems this system can solve.2. It introduces the JSP language, B/S development mode, CMS content management system, SQL Server database system and Dreamwever technology and related theories in detail, which will come up from technology development of cluster system.3. Based on the demand analysis of site management at colleges and universities, it analysis of cluster system the system performance and feasibility. The system are analyzed from the personnel management, user rights management, business process template management, site management, information management functions and toolbox management module and so on.4. After building the system development environment, it design and implement the cluster system of the website, mainly including architecture module, function module and database set up several aspects, what’s more, it shows the user interface.5. From two aspects of function and interface testing site cluster system research, it validates component management in view of the system management, site management, template management, information management and so on, at last the system pass the test and can be put into use.
