The Design And Implementation Of Document Management System Of Jinguang Group Based On J2EE Architecture

At present, the document of Jinguang Group has been converted to electronic documents, stored in each employee’s computer, but due to the lack of a scientific and reasonable management, the current document management is chaos, search efficiency is low and document security is very poor, at the same time, it unable to form a good sharing mechanism, this is very inefficient for the value of the document utilization. Aimed at the status quo, jinguang group decides to develop a document management system.Aiming at the problems of Jinguang group document management and shortcomings, the document management system is designed and developed which meets the jinguang group needs. The document management system is implemented by the J2 EE structure and JSP technology. Firstly, the present situation of jinguang group document management is combed; the groups of employees are researched on, analysis requirements of the whole document management system are completed. Secondly, the whole document management system is designed by B/S architecture, function and database design are carried out according to the structure of the document management system. Then the interface design and business logic of document management system are completed using the JSP technologz and database technology, the system is tested. The functions of document management system contain my desktop, personal files, public documents, workflow, personal settings, file search, etc..The functions of this system are derived from in-depth research and analysis, in order to ensure the availability of documents management system. The document system after the system test finds that the overall results in line with expectations, in 3 months after commissioning, it runs smoothly and stablely. the system can meet the demand of jinguang group, related issues are improved, the utilization rate of the group’s document is improved.
