| With the rapid development of science and technology, the process of designing and implementing modern equipment don’t just confined to product, the testing work of product can not be missed gradually, it’s the basis guarantees of product performance, especially in military automatic testing equipment, it is the highest level of testing industry, which has developed with strict standards and developed very rapidly in the international arena, each countries begin to pay attention to it. To complete the testing of airborne’s all function, this paper designs and implements a testing system to test the airborne, the airborne is called GSMK-52.Firstly, this paper analyzes the design requirements of the testing system, and then puts forward the system design program. The testing system is divided into two parts: testing equipment and testing software. Testing equipment mainly includes computer module, programmable power supply module, adapter plate module, multi channel analog signal’s capture module, discrete signal’s excite/capture module, VGA video’s capture module, multi serial ports module, 1394B’s communication module and the interface of testing module. This paper introduces the adapter plate module’s design and implement of PCB board, and buys the remaining functional modules, which based on functional requirements; Testing software mainly includes debugging module, environmental testing module, acceptance testing module and self-test module. This paper designs the four functional modules, and then uses MFC to design human-computer interface and implements each specific software module in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 witch C plus plus language; Finally, the testing system and GSMK-52 are tested, then the result are analyzed.The testing system which is implemented in this paper can test two GSMK-52 at the same time, and testing software has log and view function, to record important steps during the operation, which is more convenient for debugging and maintenance. Compared with the traditional special testing system of airborne, the system which is implemented in this article has more advantages:(1) The test device is a portable computer. Compared with the traditional testing equipment, it’s more simple to operate and more convenient to carry.(2) When workers need to test the airborne’s functions, testers simply need to operate the testing software, testing software automatically complete some function’s testing of GSMK-52.(3) Although this system is a special test equipment, but when system need to change little, we only need to modify testing software, without having to redesign the testing system, but traditional special testing equipment has to redesign and produce.After the staffs tried the testing system with a month, then they pointed out that the testing system meets the system specifications and requirements, and it can perform a complete functional testing of GSMK-52. At last, we completed the acceptance of the testing system successfully. |
