It which in a combination based on the concept of workflow is used CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and other technologies and is designed and implemented a developed, personalized office system platform which based on needs of the project. In great extent to meet the business needs of the entire staff in the college. After using the platform, office automation has been achieved, the efficiency and the core competence has been raised.The rewards and punishment management system of Central Conservatory of Music mainly includes the student rewards and punishments management module, student management module and social activities, students’ morality evaluation module and personnel management module, the paper firstly introduces the background and research actuality of research system, and has carried on the detailed introduction to the technology used in the developing process, then to the system demand analysis, the design and implementation of the system is introduced in detail. Finally has carried on the realization of the system detailed test, the test shows that the system can meet the needs of the Central Conservatory of Music, the office needs.The paper aims to introduce the students’ rewards and punishments system mainly through six parts. The first part gives a thorough introduction of the studying backgrounds and the present situations both abroad and at home, in addition with the system’s purpose and significance. The second part mostly focuses on the key techniques implied in the system development, which includes B/S structure, AJAX technology and workflow technology. The third section refers to the system’s demand analysis, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements and an introduction of the development environment. Section four is concerned with the design of the system. In this part, the paper firstly introduces the guiding principles and ideas, and then describes the following elements in detail: the architecture, function, interface and database design. In the fifth part of the whole paper, it concentrates on the implement of the system and it is carried out in modules. Finally, it comes to the system’s analysis part, the sixth part, which is mainly composed of functional testing and non-functional testing. |
