In the promotion of data warehouse technology’s development, the technique of decision-oriented on-line analytical processing(OLAP) access to continuous improvement and perfection. Based on this, many foreign OLAP products have been gradually pushed into the market and widely used. However, it is worth mentioning that: most OLAP products rely too much on the data warehouse that result in poor adaptability. Once out of the data warehouse, it is difficult to normal operation. Compared with foreign OLAP technology, on-line data analysis software in China is developed from the basis of these. Having OLAP system software and applied to the analysis of specific areas of business decisions, these software does not apply to other areas.In order to a better understanding, this thesis summarized the characteristics of existing social OLAP systems, and recorded some disadvantages in detail. Summarized as the following: Most of the systems connected with only one database cannot support the use of other databases; Lack of flexibility on business; Functions are not able to adapt to the development of society and have no extensibility. In view of these problems, this thesis puts forward a new dynamic on-line analytical processing system model with four-layer structure. The model has a wide scope of use. It can adapt to different business Agent services. Taking the actual needs of oil field construction supervision business as the basic starting point, this thesis developed the oil enterprises OLAP system under the guidance of the new model of the dynamic on-line analytical processing which provide strong backing for subject-oriented analysis and decision-making of oil field construction supervision. Oilfield current engineering supervision is mainly in engineering construction stage with large amount of information,variety of types and a wide range of information sources.Now all the forms are filled manually, user workload is big and repeated information is often. Oilfield engineering supervision system will help to establish the unit of daily work, reduce the traditional information input, query, deleting, modifying, storage and other information processing and management work to improve the efficiency of supervision.
