Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Management System For Hao Yi Tong Enterprise

OA office automation(OA, Office Automation) management system is the office upload or download information for all departments of the enterprises.it can convey the enterprise internal notice, document, notice, application etc., and share information resources. Its basic task is to solve the daily management of government organs or enterprises, and to improve efficiency of enterprise.In order to adapt to the development of the science and technology, to improve the efficiency of collecting information, to gather comprehensive information, to let the enterprise interior staff work fast, to realize the enterprise internal resource sharing, to standard the original office type and work flow, just as the mentioned above reason Office automation system is emerging as the times require in this demand.This paper makes an extensive investigation on current situation of domestic OA in the office system, and summarizes the main problems existing in the same system based on investigation and study in the enterprise of Haoyitong, on the basis of the proposed construction of good significance is the same with the enterprise office automation management system, and puts forward the management system model. Based on the investigation enterprise of Haoyitong, to determine the enterprise office automation management system adopts Myeclipse as program development tool, using JAVA and JSP as a programming language, using MYSQL to create database, using JDBC to relate the database, using Windows platform, using TOMCAT +MYSQL server to develop this OA based on the B/S patter. As most programmer know, JAVA is one of the most outstanding software, is a simple, object-oriented, distributed, interpreted, robust, secure system independent, portable, high performance, multi processes and dynamic language. TOMCAT as a WEB server, it is easy to learn, the cost of run-time resource is relatively small, stable performance, easy to modify. MYSQL as the backstage database support, it is small in size, easy to install, and with the needs of users’ convenient upgrade. Core functions of the system in B/S mode to achieve a majority in the server, the customer only need a Web browser to manage, maintain and use the system.In the design ideas, the entire office system is divided into administrative management subsystem, for example, personnel management subsystem, public information system, personal assistant subsystem, sales management subsystem, super management subsystem module, etc. Based on the module division and each module detailed design, then write code to achieve the functions of each unit module, finally, the whole system through the integrated test. By initial run in the company of Haoyitong, this system can meet the need of the enterprise’s office automation, and achieve the function of online office, remote office, and collaborative office requirements.
