With the increasing scale of colleges and the deepening of the reform and opening up, various kinds of auxiliar y teaching resources have developed rapidly and the traditional ways of manual m anagement in inf ormation training centers a t higher vocational colleges are unable to meet the cu rrent needs of developm ent. In the 21 st century of rapid developm ent of the Internet and networ k technology, a scientific and practical management information system should be developed at inform ation training centers at higher vocational colleges so as to make the management of training centers more scientific and effective and im prove management efficiency of training centers at higher vocational colleges.After comparing the actual situations of training center management at home and a broad, the article first analyzes the problems existing in the training centers at higher vo cational colleges and then takes the principles of computer technology, network technol ogy and other disciplines as the theoretical basis and the training center of Zhejiang Ind ustry Polytechnic College as the research object, combining the actual situation of traini ng center management. This system first collects data from the training center, establish es database and then adopts Web-based system development model, using J2 EE as the f ront-end development tools and SQL Server2010 as the management information syste m suitable for training teachers, institutes and management personnel.After the system is put into trial operation, it to some extent has improved the work efficiency and management level of the training center, and played an important role in the management of training center of Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College.
