With the science and technology developing, and various kinds of electrical appliances getting more and more popular, people put forward new requirements with their conveniences. Thus, the Wireless Power Transmission(WPT) technology came into being. In order to implement WPT system, there are several ways corresponding to different transmission distance and power. The High Frequency Power Amplifier(HFPA) is designed as a high frequency inverter of WPT according to the technology of Magnetic Resonant Coupling. By now, people have achieved the development of transmitting power more than a thousand watts over the distance of tens of millimeters to tens of meters.The HFPA is the key of WPT. The WPT only works when the coils are resonating from which the magnetic field is produced. And the coils resonant only when the input is the high linearity, high power AC by the precisely resonant frequency. The HFPA combines the high frequency signal and the power source to invert it to the AC with high frequency, high power and high linearity. The HFPA is the front part of the magnetic resonant wireless power supply system, and it provides the unique approach to produce the magnetic field by output high frequency power AC. So the HFPA plays a extremely important role in WPT.The HFPA designed in this paper is made for the purpose of achieving WPT. We let the function generator chip produce high frequency sine signal as quick as 23 MHz, and choose MRF6V2150 chip as the switch device, so that we make sure the HFPA works at the resonant frequency between 2MHz to 40 MHz. With the premise of resonant frequency and the pursuit of output power, we must make the HFPA works at the efficiency as high as possible.The circuit in this paper is designed with the RF circuit simulation software of ADS. The input matching network is designed according to the method of source-pull; the output matching network is designed according to the method of load-pull. The grid bias circuit and the drain circuit are designed with the principle of high impedance for RF signal. The influence of microstrip in high frequency is considered in the revision of the parameters of the circuits. And the one whole circuit, which is assembled of those part circuits, is simulated, debugged and accomplished.The WPT is finally achieved by repeated debug and modification. Some conclusions are made according to those experiments of WPT.
