The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Management System Based On 3G Network

Intelligent community is the inevitable outcome of social development; community management is used to guarantee the needs and safety for village owners’ normal life, and to supervise the workers. There are some defects or deficiencies more or less for the used several community inspection plans, which cannot achieve the requirement of community management. With the development of science and technology, community management will step into the era of electronic, information and intelligent since digital technology is introduced into it. Aiming at the features of community management, this paper proposes a more effective community management solution, which is based on the design and implementation of 3G wireless network intelligent community management system, to improve the supervision mechanism and work efficiency.The design of the intelligent community management system of 3G networks and the realization of the mechanism, structure, function and Realization technology are focused in this thesis. In accordance with the requirements of design specification of software engineering and technology, using object oriented method, the system model is established, the system each function module, system by the staff 3G handset terminal, data communication module and the PC community management system; secondly, using the state diagram, structure diagram, data modeling tool in UML flow diagram and so on, focuses on describing the design of the main functions of the background module, including property management, housing management, financial management, equipment management, warehouse management, security management and system maintenance and other functions. Finally, using C#, SQL Server 2005 database development tools, and the use of multiple testing techniques and methods were tested on the development system and document, culminating in the intelligent property management system in 3G network environment is based on a set of perfect function.On the basis of the above,.NET2.0 platform is used to implement the system coding and testing for the series, which shows that the system function is perfect with good navigation of interface and correct running results, to achieve the expected design goal. Along with the system application, it will have a positive role to improve the level of community management.
