In China, the coal indust ry has become more apparent importance and irreplaceable. Currently, how to enhance coal mine production safety management, speed up the coal industry information construction, has becom e increasingly aroused the attention and concern. Unknown coal production enterprises, production status unclear will seriously affect management decisions and business investment. Since the entire coal min e scheduling center, so sh ould first k aishi from the m ine scheduling inform ation. Coal production scheduling information system, is cut from the mine scheduling, involving coal mining, coal washing, tra nsportation, personnel, security and other sectors, to help people take advantage of the computer processing of data, solve the problem.In this paper, the scheduling of production management of coal mining enterprises and the specific characteristics of the a ctual proposed containing ore term inal end of the two-level group scheduli ng management information system based on co al B / S m ode. Based on the analysis of coal dispatch management information systems and field research on the analysis of bu siness processes and func tional requirements and non-functional aspects of the analysis, development of the overall architecture design, choice of software design platform, multi-group side and mine on the client sy stem functional modules described the overall design and im plementation. Mine end system s and end sy stems are based on the MVC architecture implemented into the data storage lay er, business logic and page presentation lay er, data sto rage layer JDBC technology applications, business logic application Servlet + JavaBean technolog y, application presentation layer JSP pages Language for data entry, update, query and so on.Finally, the Group’s jiehsu and mine were two levels of jiehsu system’s main function modules were tested, including the sy stem registry, data ent ry, data que ry, dictionary maintenance, system maintenance, transmission and other modules, the system verifies the achievement of the main function modules, indicating that the basic function of the system is expected to achieve. However, the system still has some problems, such as small amount of data, user rights m anagement is less secure, these issues will be further work to m ake improvements.
