Although Each of the radio access technology has its own characteristics, a single wireless access technology always have technical weakness, it can’t meet all the needs of users.Therefore, The fusion of different access technology becomes the inevitable developing trend and research hotspot of the future communication technology development.Heterogeneous network emerged in this case.Heterogeneous network can coalesce all kinds of radio communication technology system, realize the complementary advantages of access technologys, coordinate the work between different networks,provide users with rich category of multimedia services.However, the implementation of system integration between different networks is a complicated system engineering, It is not the simple superposition of a variety of radio access technology, but need to overcome the technical barriers caused by different access technology,.One of the biggest technical difficulty is how to realize the joint radio resource management of heterogeneous networks.In this paper, the main research content is the resource management model of the heterogeneous wireless network and the access control technology based on traffic importance, and building the experiment platform for experimentally testing and verification of the above theoryFirst of all, we designed a heterogeneous wireless network joint resource management platform. Reference to the existing heterogeneous wireless network resource management model, integrated loosely coupled access model of heterogeneous wireless networks into the hierarchical joint resource management model, realized the one-to-one correspondence of management entities of resource management platform and the specific network unit. Afterwards, we designed Specific functional modules for all levels of management Entity further, analyzed the interaction process of resource information between management entities, and expounded the process of access selection in details.Secondly, this paper proposed traffic importance based network selection algorithm traffic importance.Traffic importance is a value obtained from the comprehensive consideration of traffic priority and user priority, and this value can be used to measure the importance of traffic,it will directly affect the result of network selection. The algorithm consists of three parts. The first, we improved GRA algorithm, proposed RDGRA algorithm based on the Qo S demand of traffic; then a futuer according to the different types of access traffic,use AHP algorithm readjust the weights of the Qo S parameters of RD-GRA algorithm, calculate the evaluation of each alternative network relative to traffic request. At last, use different supporting strategies which based on the level of traffic importance, choose the most suitable access networks for traffic.Thirdly, we designed and built the software experimental platform of Resource management model of the heterogeneous wireless network primarily,implemented the subjectivity function of the resource management model with Java and My SQL database. Then we designed the configuration of management port and query interface. At last, we carried out Functional test and verification, and given the the corresponding analysis of the result. |
