Video surveillance system has widely used in various fields of social security, production, life, etc. Due to the different uses of video communications, coding, stream encapsulation protocols, which is the reason of the image information can not be interconnected each other. Independent systems form information islands, and seriously hinder the development of the Internet applications. So how to achieve the information sharing and the convert between different protocols has become the key to solving the problems.In this thesis, in order to solve these problems, make depth analysis for digital network video surveillance systems and the theory and principles of networking technologies. Make a detailed discussion and research for conversion of RTSP-SIP protocol based on the national standard "requirements of information transmission, switching, control technology in video surveillance security systems" (GB/T 28181-2011). Mainly including:1. Make comparative analysis for the current domestic and foreign mainstream protocol standards used in monitoring systems, such as local standards in Zhejiang, China Mobile, China Unicom, National Grid, the Ministry of Education examination monitoring systems, international business standards organization(ONVIF), PSIA and so on. Find the differences between national standards and local standards in the protocol level. The conversion controlling of RTSP protocol and SIP protocol is the main problems.2. Make detailed study for the SIP, RTSP protocols, including protocol format, structure, and function, focusing on confirming the mapping between commands and laid the foundation technology for the conversion protocols.3. Show the functional requirements of the network system, specifically making analysis for request of a SIP-RTSP protocol conversion.4. Analyzed the design of architecture for the core server networking systems. Using the open source stack ReSIProcate to achieve secondary development, achieve a domain registration equipment, device control and real-time streaming video and audio media playback functions. Design and implementation a monitor and cross-domain monitoring domain access networked systems based on development status and specific needs of the video surveillance network system.5. Built the experimental environment and getting the images of mutual control screen between RTSP-SIP protocols monitoring Internet domain. Using different types testing software such as communication protocols, coding formats to test and analysis for different software control protocols, ackaging formats for different media monitoring system. Achieve a technology method for standard monitoring system, and verify the effectiveness of the conversion of module design, and make foundation for Interconnection of different media formats.
