Weather radar radiosonde radar are important means for meteorological organization to gives estimates of atmosphere intensity and movement. In recent decades, with the development of electronics and microwave technology, radar technology has gained a lot.Nowadays, most countries in the world, whether atmosphere, hydrology or geology uses radar deepen its scales of research. Especially the appearance of Doppler radar, which was a symbol of a higher level for radar technology, that is apparently promoted. The increase of disposition of Doppler radar made the monitoring of radar’s statement a urgent subject recently.Firstly, this thesis introduces the working principle and performance parameters of Doppler weather radar, radar, radar data acquisition system and the development of VB technology referred to as, leads to the research topic of this thesis: A Study on the system of weather and working state of sounding radar monitoring.Secondly, this thesis analysis of the weather and the working state of sounding radar monitoring system functional requirements in the second chapter, namely software should satisfy the user weather radar working state monitoring, early warning information to send text messages and other needs, this part is put in the second chapter, through to the system flow analysis, the system is divided into four module of the radar data acquisition module, radar data monitoring and early warning module, statistics module, repair management, and give the system function module diagram.Finally, the thesis gives the design and Realization of the system. This part is the main part of the thesis, put it in the three or four chapter. The design is divided into hardware design and software design part. Since the radar data acquisition card based on CPII bus technology used in this research topic in Wuhan Amit company, has a good package data acquisition module, and provides the development of serial communication interface, so the hardware design in this thesis does not occupy an important position, the system as long as the development of the corresponding serial procedures, used in the design part mainly gives the design the system class diagram of the development, the system database. In the fourth chapter, a large number of shots to system of each function module of the system implementation was show.
