| By researching the development discipline of fire during the forest fires, Remote sensing image analysis, multispectral infrared detection mechanism, we complete the initial model to establish forest fire. The fire which occurred in 2009 in Melbourne,Australia Wilson National Forest Park forest fire is my thesis prototype, the image data carried from China HJ A, B satellite is offered by Chinese Academy of Science,monitoring system would estimate hot spot and fire trend better by accurate enhanced image.This paper focuses on researching Infrared multispectral remote sensing image come from China HJ A, B satellite. To summarize previous’ opinion in handling these types of digital image, and introduce the new method of multispectral remote sensing imagery and remote sensing infrared image. My specific work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Using K-L converting which is also called Hotelling change to Analysis the principal component of multispectral remote sensing images, there are only autocorrelation coefficients in each changed band image matrix. Then enhance each component of image and re-synthesis those component. Each component maintain their characteristics since they are irrelevant,so synthetic figure can reach their enhanced purpose by holding their multi-spectral characteristics. This image processing algorithm to the original spectral coefficients of the holding can reach 0.972046 through simulation,better than direct enhanced method by 12.30%.However,the peak signal to noise ratio value, signal-to-noise ratio and entropy factors have already gone down.(2) Analysising remote sensing infrared image with platform weighted histogram equalization method, I would compare my enhanced image with original and ordinary enhanced image, it looks clearer from the intuitive. We can conclude that the image contrast,the peak signal to noise ratio value,entropy and signal-to-noise ratio throgh my processing method have all improved than by ordinary histogram equalization algorithm.These factors improving stand by the processing image is more closer to real one.Its image contrast has improved by 47.22% compare to ordinary histogram equalization in hot area. However, contrast improving means the accuracy about hot spot of forest fire improves. |
