According to the ministry of industry&information has to make planning,4G technology will provide a licence by the end of 2013.This big stage of development of LTE base station will be entered in 2014,which led to three major telecom operators, China mobile, China unicom, China telecom to arrange the base station and network upgrades.Because a lot of 4G signal board will set up at the same original base station yet.It means in the place using different modulation techniques,Different frequency and methods of modulation are key factors of signal coverage and other network performance.So how to carry out the new network parameter optimization is very important to the operators in the future,it also the beginning of network upgrade.In this paper, based on the CDMA system, for the whole networkparameters and optimization are introduced. How to determine index of characteristic parameters which affect network through experimental method.According to the theory of knowledge,we can puts forward specific characteristic parameters from the network problems.Through high technology instrument to sampling of the practical operation by the network,combining with the characteristic parameters,find the root cause of the problem.Optimize the network or upgrade,solve the problem.By doing this,we can learn many network parameters on what kind of role in the actual use.lt provides the related knowledge research of the 4G system optimization.Based on technical parameters of CDMA base station system and the optimization method of analysis, combined with some experiment of CDMA network, the network parameters and related data collection, and accordingly to the network parameters are analyzed and adjusted, formulation optimization measures and solutions.Through simulation network system, we can not only real reduction in real network environment, also can simulate the problems one by one, in view of the network by setting the environment parameters of simulation, greatly save the network problem of screen time and accuracy., through the simulation method can combine CDMA technology principle and algorithm to find out the influence of main parameters, through the test can draw some experience, is advantageous to the problem of reference.In addition, throughthe simulation of the system, provides a new algorithm, used in the current, the optimized plan for the pilot frequency reuse interference problem and the new base station how to divide the pilot support provides the algorithm.Mutual authentication algorithm is proposed and simulation system, for the future optimization of the parameters, the algorithm provides experimental platform and the study methods such as reference.
