| With the rapid development of mobile communication network and the exponential growing number of the users, the traffic is snowballed exploding in recent years. The TDM port expansion is unable to keep up with the demand in festivities almost every year, which exposes that Circuit switching mode has poor ability in high-traffic network and the resource utilization is unbalanced. It has become an irreversible trend that Packet switching mode will replace Circuit switching mode with the IP technology becomes more and more mature. The realization of Network IP technology is an important development trend in the future telecommunication network, which can realize the simplification and optimization of mobile communication network structure, support flexible network and the best utilization of transmission bandwidth.This thesis analyses the background and feasibility of IP technology evolution in Huaihua Unicom. The core network status of Huaihua Unicom is analyzed according to general construction requirements of China Unicom core network IP technology evolution. We discuss distal and proximal network mode of bearer network, meanwhile, Nc, Nb, Mc interface between the soft switching equipments and the relevant protocols are also studied. This paper focuses on designing core network of Huaihua Unicom based on IP technology, including network address scheme, bearing transformation, M3 UA transformation and traffic cutover.etc. All the implementation steps have been designed, including multiple ownership transform SCTP and M3 UA alteration, BICC bearing adjustment and routing building. The problems of the IP implementation for Huaihua Unicom core network have been discussed and the solution has been given. Finally, the call completing rate of exchange system is analyzed. |
