Satellite communications technology, which is not restricted by geographical and natural conditions, coverage area, communication distance, mobility and flexibility, etc, differs from the previous communication technologies and is especiallt suitable to be used in emergencies like adverse circumstances. Realization of satellite communications equipment during the move is termed as " Communications on the move " with its technical core being the servo control system. Since the sea is more complicated than the land for the environment, the servo control system design requirements will be much higher for the shipborne " Communications on the move".In this paper, we focus on the design of the Antenna servo control system for the shipborne "Communications on the move". And we explored the following aspects like simulation modeling, control methods, hardware and software. The main work includes:(1) The introduction of onboard "Moving" overall satellite communications system structure, whereby the servo control system is analyzed to obtain indicators of performance requirements and servo control system.(2) The design of servo control system in according with the needs and indicators, the preliminary simulation of the entire system through the MATLAB Simulink to verify the feasibility of the servo control system.(3) The construction of Fuzzy-PID control algorithm by adding fuzzy control to the traditional PID control mode on the basis of the feasibility of the situation, as well as the actual device parameters of the algorithm design.(4) The construction of a stabilized platform by adopting pitch, direction, roll and three-axis using brushless DC motor as a driving device, and circuit board into the drive control board in two parts for circuit design;(5) Following the bottom-up principle, to build a servo control system software, including the initialization of each module and the interrupting responses and other work.The designed of the research realized an onboard "Moving" servo control system, which improves the speed and stability for looking for satellite. And by using structured modular software design methods,it brings great convenience for upgrade future system.
