| In recent years, the efficiency of tax work in Hunan province has made a great progress by the support of information system. However, with the growth of tax business, the efficiency of tax outwork has been a bottleneck of the whole tax work. That is because the information system nowadays is based on PC, so the outworker can not get the system support of policy and data because they can not use the information system in real time. So it is considered that developing a mobile tax management system is necessary.The development of mobile network make the system developing possible. The design based on Android are widely used in the world nowadays. The module, technology, method, cost and users are mature enough for developing a mobile system. So it is possible to develop a mobile tax management system technically.According to the new requirements of tax system, the present author developed a set of mobile tax management system based on Android for the purpose of working movably. This system includes the development of Web server and mobile terminal. It can provide a new kind of information manner of working which is more flexible and free thus has a positive meaning.1.The requirements analysis of tax system. First, according to the practical situation and the demand of mobile system and terminal of tax affairs, the present author analyze the requirements of tax system in detail, which includes the demand of system hardware and network structure, server, mobile terminal, other functional and non-functional demand of system. The demand analysis provides detailed proof and train of thoughts for the developers. 2. The design of mobile tax management system. Based on the requirements analysis, the present author designed the system in detail, which includes the design of system model, system module division, system function design, system port design and database design and etc. 3.Develop the mobile tax management system based on the design mentioned above.After finishing the design, the present author designed the system in detail and completed the functions regulated in the system requirements. Then, the present author tested and analyzed the system comprehensively. The analysis results show that the system can meet the needs of mobile service of tax system and thus is feasible and available. |
