In the sector of information technology, Radio Frequency Identification, RFID, is rising rapidly as an important technology of application in the last century. it attracts people’s attention since its significant advantages such as information storage capacity, stable and durable, convenient and fast, high efficiency using value. It is now replacing magnetic stripe cards, barcode technology and become the most important technology of material information recognition and management.In the process of informatization, modernization and regularization, it’s of great significance to enhance the ability of performing tasks for the Chinese armed police force by improving the work efficiency in daily life of training and management,but at present,the application of RFID technology in the army is quite backward, the management of equipment and materials in many units are mainly relying on the traditional manual methods, which have many drawbacks and can not meet the needs of military constriction, even prone to some problems.In this paper, thinking of the actual situation in the workplace to which I belong, the RFID technology will be applied to the management of firearms that is frequently used in daily work and training, design and implement a suitable Firearms Integrated Management System.The main contents and research work of the article includes the following two aspects: First, the System requirements are analyzed according to the actual situation of the unit, completed the System that based on RFID technology by using the C/S main structure and object-oriented programming method. Second, this paper has carried on thorough study of collision algorithm, after the analysis of various types of existing RFID system anti-collision algorithm, proposed a Differentiation Filter Framed Slotted ALOHA algorithm and Incomplete Dynamic Retreat Binary Tree Search algorithm. System of Differentiation Filter FSA algorithm can differentiate and grouping tags while identify them, improve the status that the FSA algorithm can stably work only in the case that the number of tags to be identified N is approximately equal to the length of frame L, which can take a maximum value only for 256,greatly increasing the upper limit of tags to be identified in the system can adapt; the proposing of Incomplete Dynamic Retreat Binary Tree Search algorithm is based on Dynamic Binary Search Tree, DBST. To be recognized that tags probably not at the same time but in the case of time-sequentially into the operating range of reader, the condition that every time the ID date response from the tags queried to the reader must be the same at some bits is not satisfied in the System of DBST, error occurs. System of Incomplete Dynamic Retreat Binary Tree Search algorithm can present such error, but the energy saved by system is about 25% less than DBST algorithm. Run to test the Firearms Integrated Management System that the purpose of the design is achieved finally.
