With the rapid development of smart phone, now the mobile systems become more and more powerful. Among these mobile systems in the market, the Apple iOS system and Google Android system are the two most popular. Both of them can provide abundant functionality and service to people so that they could not only communicate with each other but also work and get fun. Mobiles now have already extended human sense.These years, with the rise of Mobile internet, more and more mobile applications appear in the mobile applications market. At present, mobile apps begin to affect people’s daily life. For example, lots of people now have the needs of buying or renting estate property. To meet these needs, many mobile apps for estate property trading business have appeared. People can use these mobile apps to search their suitable estate property quickly.So, in this situation, this paper’s purpose is to develop a mobile app of estate property searching system which is based on three foundational models. Through combining the three foundational models it can build a whole workflow process of property searching on the platform of mobile internet. The three foundational models are property searching, property visiting and data collection, which are as follows:1) Design and implement a series of abstract design for crossing platform such as iOS and Android. Its main use is to fit both i OS and Android system. It does not depend on one particular system platform or language and it is totally independency and abstract. To support different mobile platform, it just need to adapter the interface of the logical business level. It will be running steady on different mobile devices which can save lots of time and money of software development.2) Supporting a property searching system which is based on map API. Users can browse the property information by slipping the map on their mobile devices. It also supports metro searching function which can help users to find the nearby property among the specified metro line. In addition to this, the key-word searching system helps users to quickly locate the property with different filters of requirement. After that, users could browse the details of property information to decide whether it’s necessary to order an offline property visiting or not.3) Design and implement a system of property visiting. Our users can easily search property and once find a suitable property, they can order a property visiting request by the mobile app and our agents will make communication with users by offline way and service them to visit and find their suitable property. These processes combine the online property searching and offline property visiting. It also divides users into several levels by analyzing the user data information in order to serve them as well as possible.At last, the paper has proceeded a system testing including of client-testing and server-testing and paid close attention of the system running performance. In addition to this, the paper made a deep analysis about its operation data during the period of the marketing operation. The search result shows that the system has been downloaded more than 15,000 times in the market. By using this system, the average number of daily bargain is 124 as the total number has been more than 9,000. All of these numbers show the outstanding marketing competition ability of the system.
