In recent years, the micromanipulation system is widely used in micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS), micro optical electronic mechanical system(MOEMS) and biological micro electromechanical systems(Bio MEMS) and other fields. In the micromanipulation to achieve high precision positioning by micro platform with multi degree of freedom system, and get a clear image of the focal plane through auto focusing technique. This paper designs a micromotion platform and improvement of auto focusing technique, the specific contents are as follows:Firstly this paper summarizes the purpose and significance of the micromanipulation system research, analyzes the effect of micromotion platform and automatic focusing technique in the micromanipulation system, reviews the research status at home and abroad, determines the content and direction of the research.Then this paper describes the overall structure of the micromanipulation system, and analyzes the function of each module. The fifth chapter designs the micromotion platform. The STM32 chip as the core of the motion control card. The motion control card controls of four stepping motor drivers. Each stepping motor driver controls a stepping motor for precision movement.In the auto focusing technique, this paper fistly introduces the basic theory and the principle of optical imaging to explain the cause of fuzzy imaging. Then this paper introduces the classification of the auto focusing technique. Finally, by comparing with each other to illustrate the advantages of the auto focusing technique based on image processing techniques.In the research and improvement of the DFF auto focusing technique. This paper fistly introduces the three major problems: the focusing evaluation function, the focusing window selection method and the focusing strategy. Then this papser improves on the traditional SUSAN algorithm and the DCT algorithm. A dynamic focusing window selection method is proposed. The method can adaptively adjust the focusing window location and size according to the information of the image,which enhance the flexibility and applicability.In order to cooperate with the research of this paper, I used the VS2010 and Open CV2.0 to develop the auto focusing software and the position control software.Finally, this paper summarizes the main research results, and explains the next step of the research direction and content.
