| With the development of machinery manufacturing industry, the measurement of the resemblance and fixture positioning of complex objects in large space has become an vital bottleneck in manufacturing and technological progress of large equipment. The measuring principle and method is urgently need optimizing and improving due to the fact that the measurement of large complex objects faces with plenty of difficulties, such as large measurement space, highly demanding of accuracy, complex structures, etc. The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follow.The paper studies the installation and position examination of intricate components and precise measurement of large component by incorporating the advantages of contact measurement and non-contact measurement, the emphasis of this paper is focused on integration methodology of measurement data and develop software by VC++.To start with, the paper introduces the general rules of coordinate transformation. From the theory of coordinate transformation, the paper studies some algorithms for data merging such as quaternion method, singular value decomposition method, three-point method and LU decomposition point method. With the analysis and comparison between the four methods, advantages and disadvantages of all the four methods are concluded. According to the reference points’ nonalignment and inaccuracy in data merging algorithm of multi-reference points, the paper puts forward a new filtering and sorting method to optimize the data merging method based on reference points.Secondly, in combination of the coordinate transformation theory with the Least squares estimation method, the paper established the precision model of 2-D and 3-D coordinate transformation. Confused relationship, the numerical calculation of the coordinate transformation model was computed by MATLAB. The influence of position distribution and the quantity on the data merge precision based on multiple points was analyzed in this paper.Besides,the paper combined the theory mentioned already, a data integration software was developed by VC++ program technology. MFC was adopted in this software to develop user-friendly interface, 3-D display of point cloud was achieved by OPENGL program. In addition, the software can open and save the point cloud data file. Fulfilling the merge data with multi-methods and drawing of the basic geometric elements(such as point, line, etc) and some other functions. |
