Internet has become the main channel for people to enjoy the information service, WEB characterization is typical for the Internet applications. Along with the rapid development of Internet applications, infrastructure to provide Internet services, whether in the processing capacity, or in the scale of construction, all expand rapidly, resulting in the increase on construction cost and use cost of information infrastructure. How to reduce the power consumption of Internet WEB service infrastructure, improving their energy efficiency ratio has become the industry and academia focus and important research direction.Related analysis and statistics indicate that, the main reason of high energy consumption for existing Internet infrastructure lie in static character of system sturcture and extensive character of resources management. With the help of reconfigurable technology, based on reconfigurable WEB service platform, and for the purpose of increasing energy efficiency ratio, this thesis bring out flexible resource state announcement protocol, which solves the perception of global resource states; design the load balancing strategy for multiple objectives, which provides a basis for load balancing to multi objectives and resource scheduling; realizes load adaptive dynamic resource scheduling mechanism, then the reconfigurable WEB service system can change the number of resources in the system according to the change of traffic load, so as to obtain higher energy efficiency ratio.Experiments show that, the resource scheduling mechanism proposed in this thesis make the reconfigurable WEB service system able to effectively reduce system power consumption while providing the same service.
