With the development of manufacturing industry in China, the rate of consumption of natural resources is increasing result in resource shortages and environmental pollution which poses serious threats to sustainable development strategy of manufacturing industry. Recycling and reusing of mechanical and electrical products is one of the important strategies of green manufacturing and sustainable development. As one of core problems in product recycling areas,end-of-live electromechanical product disassembly sequence planning aims to improve removal efficiency, reduce demolition costs. At the same time, it is of great significance to solve the problem of backlog and environmental pollution caused by the waste of resources. Disassembly sequence planning refers to the parts disassembly order process based on product structures, materials and other information that meets certain criteria. Currently, most researchers study on areas of disassembly sequence planning focuses on intelligent search algorithm based on the graphic model, and the optimization based on indicators such as the shortest path. Because the figure model is derived by hand in the establishment process, which introduces a number of subjective factors, and the search algorithm is complex both leads to lack of practical values.Aim at the inadequate of artificial derivation model, a method of disassembly modeling based on product CAD model was proposed in this paper. Firstly, summary and analysis of the disassembly information model within this areas is performed. The method of automatically modeling based on disassembly hybrid graph model is put forward, which to extract adjacency information based on mate information in CAD models and to obtain priority information based on extracting and analysis about interference information during on movement of parts based on interference detection tool. At the same time, the determining way of priority relationship between contained part and containing parts in the product was studied. The determination method of priority relationship based on disassembly accessibility was introduced, and heuristic search algorithm was imported for disassembly path search of contained part in the space.In order to solve the insufficient cost modeling in current research, the disassembly cost model based on fuzzy clustering was raised which connections costfunction-oriented, with what as indicators disassembly sequences can be optimized.This method solves the problem that there are a lot of random factors in determine disassembly cost. Firstly, the disassembly cos of typical connection was analyzed,which will refinement to resources consumption, time consumption, energy consumption and tool costs; secondly, sample space was established by collection several disassembly operation; then fuzzy field of different cost degree was built through standardizing, calibration, characterizing.Finally, a apprehensive application combined the study contents mentioned above was performed. The method of selective disassembly sequence planning based on Tabu algorism and fuzzy field was proposed. Prototype system was designed to carry out a case study and verify the feasibility of the theory.
