O n the basis of trojan’s signatures, we carry out the avoid killing test. This paper systematically expounds the characteristics and summarizes dangers from the principle of Trojan.Secondly, according to the characteristics of trojan virus, we establish some mathematical models, study four mathematical models in-depth. Then we conduct the discussion and analys is about some mathematical propagation models to study the parameters and the corresponding measures on the spread of the virus.Finally, starting from the present situation of network security, this paper analyzes the significance and status of intrusion detection systems and aspects about active defense. In addition, this paper evaluate the active defense system in practical application. The analysis of active defense system is assessed at the application level. This prevents an intruder from subsequent attacks fundamentally, in this way, the active defense system prevents the intrusion from the base, plays a key role in enhancing the security of the network system, so as to guarantee the network security effectively. This proves to be an inevitable choice of the active information security defense from intrusion detection to intrusion prevention.
