The Internet’s popularity as a health resource(also referred to as e-health). With the development of Web 2.0 technology, online health communities provide convenient platforms for patients to consult physicians online. As health service relates to patients life and death, health care has received more attention. It is important to investigate how patients and physicians feel about this impact and see what the factors that influence their behaviors toward with regards to e-health.This study will examine both physicians’ and patient’ attitudes toward health websites, we aim to investigate the effect of physicians’ information on patients’ online selection, based on their attitude toward e-health. Physicians’ information’s will be divided into two dimension, including offline information and online information.Moreover this study will aim to investigate physicians’ mediation behavior toward patients, based on their attitude toward and evaluation of e-health.We used a laboratory experiment to examine the effect of physicians’ information on patients’ attitude toward e-health.we used eye-tracking device and ANOVA to analyze the result of experiment. Descriptive analysis was used to describe participating physicians. The data were analyzed using SPSS.Results revealed that both factors physicians’ personal information and feedback information affect the patients’ selection attitude, with feedback information having a greater impact on patients’ selection than does physicians personal information. In addition many factors, including perceived benefits of the effects of e-health, perceived concerns about possible negative effects, evaluations, and positive experiences indeed affect the type of mediation behavior physicians perform with patients when discussing e health.
