Planar near-field measurement technology is a high accuracy antenna measurement technique that is widely used in abroad. In recent years, in domestic development is becoming more and more quickly, and the scanning plane motion platform positioning technology as one of the key technology of planar near-field measurement technology, has a direct impact on the accuracy of the measurement. To achieve high accuracy of planar near-field measurement, you first need to high-precision plane scanning system. This paper around the planar near-field scanning frame system of designing, building, performance analysis, error analysis and error compensation method is studied.First presents the composition of planar near-field measurement technology in measuring principle. System a retrospect of the planar near-field measurement technology development history and status quo. Points out that the scanning frame system for planar measuring accuracy in measuring system. Finally, the principles and characteristics of various plane scanning frame system at home and abroad are introduced.Second embarks from the actual subject put forward a kind of scanning platform design specifications, and around the target are given to the inverted "T" type planar scanning frame as the main body structure, with marble as the platform, with servo motor as drive scanning frame design. Through the ANSYS simulation software to analyze and design structure in the process of assembling test sample the optimization problems. Finally the indicators on the test, the results show that the scanning system completely achieve various indicators, comply with the requirement of high precision measurement.First scan frame system is given in the upper bound of error for the planar nearfield measurement system. For every error source scanning frame system is analyzed, and error modeling, error magnitude is given. Finally, the overall error compensation modeling.The last,first using laser tracker as this topic error recognition and measurement method of the needle, for measurement data into the overall error model, and then respectively on the X and Y position error and plane error of these two kinds of system error compensation mode are given respectively, and methods.
