Report Design Method And System Development Based On Neutral Model

Report is an effective way of data management. In the increasingly deepening informatization today,the report system has played a key role in data processing and analysis as the business core of the information management system. Under this background, the research on the development of report system is also carried out around how to improve the adaptability and availability of the report system. This paper adopts the ontology technique for structured description of the report; it uses the principle component analysis method to extract the report neutral model from the report ontology model, so as to guide the report design. On basis of the above techniques, it also develops a report design system and lists examples to verify that the report design system can effectively improve the report design efficiency.Based on the ontology construction theory of knowledge engineering, this paper takes the two industries with mature report software as the data source, sorts and collects the concepts and definitions of the terms in the report design field, and forms the term list of report ontology structure. According to the perfectly classified industrial report library, which is used as the source of ontology examples in report field, this paper constructs a hierarchy of the report ontology in the context of application field and realizes the conceptualization of the terms in ontology through the analysis of report examples, thus forming an effective report ontology system.According to the above definition system of report structure ontology, this paper establishes a report description model with its ontology concept as the object. It transfers the style characteristics of report into the high dimensional vector data and realizes its mapping relationship with the report style, thus achieving the structured description of the report examples. In order to improve the efficiency of report design and management, this paper selects 5 kinds of neutral report ontology structure with common characters from 9 Class-A reports in the report ontology library by using the principle component analysis method.This paper designs and develops a report design system based on the neutral structure and analyzes the functions and systems of the present report design system. It establishes the system structure and function module of the report system and integrates other tool software to support the rapid neutral structure learning. In practical application, the extraction efficiency of the report sample library features is obvious, which can support the report design based on the template.
