| At present, the laser radar not only plays an important role in the military areas,but also exert its large measuring range, high precision, fast response speed, high reliability and other advantages in the field of commercial application. It is applied in more and more widely areas, while it has more and more rapid development,which has high practical and commercial value. 3D imaging laser radar for vehicle takes laser pulse ranging theory, and can be assembled on the vehicles for distance measurement, 3D mapping, automatic navigation, unmanned car, and so on, which is the advanced application of laser radar.In this paper, the research of 3D imaging laser radar system for vehicle is carried on for the theory and practical value. Considering the environment and the actual application requirements, a radar system that could meet the actual requirements is designed. The main research content consists of the following sections:First of all, the structure of 3D imaging laser radar system for vehicle is designed and analyzed. The expectation index requirements are given, and the laser and photoelectric detector are selected.Secondly, according to the overall system structure and the requirements of laser and detector, the parameters requirements of the emission optical receiving system and the optical system are determined. The design and performance analysis of two parts the optical system are completed by ZEMAX software, Two parts of the optical system structure are simple, which satisfies the system requirements.Then,the control circuit system of 3D imaging laser radar system is designed and divided into several functions. The laser driver circuit, signal receiving circuit,and signal processing circuit is carried out, which form a complete control circuit system.Finally, the system of the main error sources are analyzed in detail.The noise of APD circuits error, the error due to the laser pulse, system delay, time unit of measurement error and the error due to response and delay circuit are explained. |
