After the concept of "Experience China", Internet of things(IOT) in China has been rapid development. Radio Frequency identification technology(RFID) have automatic recognition function, Non line of sight function, recognition distance function, anti-fouling function, Multiple read and write function etc. RFID gradually entered more applications. Compared with traditional techniques(infrared, ultrasonic), RFID positioning technology is low-cost, easy to deploy, widely applied to expand the other. Therefore, RFID has obvious advantages in the small location system. In the intelligent medical, intelligent transportation and smart Home Furnishing field, RFID has produced many related applications and looks promising.With the development of information technology, the country’s highest level of the exam, college entrance examination, has been the realization of the paperless, electronic invigilating and marking information work for achieving fairness and justice. In Skill Examinations, domestic-related applications are few. Skill Examination exam exist a large number of positioning needs, such as locating items, personnel positioning. Using RFID positioning can reduce the interference of human factors Examinations in accurate positioning. The exam will be more fair and just. In view of this situation, the active RFID positioning and track time is studied. The main work has been done:(1)To analyze the Land Mark and VIRE location algorithm based on RSSI, comparative advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm, determine the direction of research.(2) Although VIRE algorithm used linear interpolation approach, the model of RSSI is nonlinear. Based on the analysis of the RSSI model, the article adopted the quadratic interpolation mode and corrected the results. At the same time, a method is put forward in the threshold settings. Through the comparison of adjacent region label similarity, the algorithm reduced the threshold descending frequency and improved the efficiency of the system.Via the simulation tests, the improved algorithm compared with positioning accuracy VIRE algorithm system increased about 12%, and achieved good results positioning.(3) Based on the improved localization algorithm, this article presents a timing system design based on active RFID. By analyzing the theoretical error, we proved the feasibility of the system.At last,this articleused the localization algorithm to the scene Subject Examination for timing track design projects.
