| The testing efficiency and the data accuracy of laboratory are the significant basis to measure its working competence.The most important parts of the work in building various testing laboratories at home and abroad is how to improve their test efficiency and data accuracy at the management and technical level.The difference of computer technology Level in the manufacturing process at equipment manufacturing enterprises home and abroad,makes it impossible for the way of data collection, communication interface and output data organization of Various types testing equipments are not standardized over the years.Besides, it makes it a failure to acquisition and treat the testing data automatically for the majority of the present-day testing laboratories.Since traditional manual processing methods likes Copy-entry and export- Import gradually exposes problems in the course of quantities of repeated mechanical testing work, it is of great research significance and applied value to work out a program to acquisition and treat data automatically by utilizing the hetero-structure testing equipment in the laboratory.Based on the data acquisition defects of the testing laboratory, the paper choose a domestic third party laboratory for inspection and evaluation the oil as the research object, according to the actual situation of laboratory management and business needs, propose a building program of automation data collection and treatment system in the oil testing laboratories and experiment with this system and apply it to practice. This paper consists of 3 parts:1. A program of collecting testing data based on communication interface and file analysis is put forward for the present situation and existing problems of data collection in the practical laboratory inspection. This part discusses the interface adapter of different testing equipment of communication interface, ways of data communication, and data collection and file analysis in a detailed manner. By studying and working out the data-collecting program matched with testing equipment of different types, the testing equipment which supports most of communication interfaces in the laboratory can be connected to the system and automatically collect the testing data.2. According to the requirements of the system and the data-collecting program, this research designs a systematic structure to automatically collect and treat the testing data, which suits the procedures of target laboratory management and the status of business detection. This structure consists of three progressive levels: equipment, service and application. The equipment level takes responsibility for the communication interface with the testing equipment, data collection and data interaction with the data-processing procedure of service level. The service level is to process the raw testing data, gain the final testing result, and submit and store it. The application level of data inquiring and analysis system provides the functions of inquiring the raw data, data quality analysis, tendency analysis and form center for the quality control and data analyst in the laboratory. This section looks into these three levels of systematic design and elaborates how to realize the functions.3.The systematic structure and functions discussed above are realized by adopting the programming languages like C++,Pascal or C# and the technology framework like VCL and ASP.NET MVC,and the system has been applied in the target laboratory.The system has been applied in the actual product testing work of the target laboratory,the applied result shows that this system achieves the purpose of systematic structure. The majority of the testing equipment which supports the communication interface in the laboratory succeeds in automatically collecting and treating the testing data, effectively easing the labor of the testing personnel, guaranteeing the data accuracy and promoting the working efficiency of testing in the laboratory. |
