| With the wide use of identifiers as date of production,bar codes,logos on the goods and so on,these identifiers make the printer which could print them become the essential machine in many enterprises.However,the research on inkjet printer gets a late start and a short time development in our country,and our technology is outdated,so most of inkjet printers we used now are imported from abroad.With the rapid growth of the inkjet printer needs,the domestic market has huge potential.It is necessary to develop and produce inkjet printer with high quality and independent intellectual property.Popularization and applications of embedded technology has brought new opportunities for it,and it is a general trend to apply the embedded technology to the inkjet printer system.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the subject,and introduces development status,trends and related technologies of the inkjet printer.Next,the paper introduces the structure of XJ128 nozzle and the processing object of printing software,and it explains the hardware and software operating environment of the inkjet printer.Then Windows software developing mechanisms needed to be known in the development process and the building of the software development platform is introduced.Then the paper introduces the digital image processing techniques.The modules of the application is analys ized detailedly, and the research and development is summarized in the last.Based on the SDK that is compiled and exported in Platform Builder5.0,the author write and compile the application successfully.The application is written into testing board for testing. The results show that application can call the driver to complete the transfer of data and instructions. And the test basicly completes the conversion of digital graphics, geometric transformations and efficient printing functions. This design achieves the anticipated goal. |
