With the development of control technology, more and more AC servo drive systems are used in industry, agriculture, scientific research, military and other fields. The control performance of system becomes better and better. Based on DSP, the AC servo drive system has advantages in high accuracy, good stability, strong anti-interference ability and so on. It has become the development trend of the servo drive system which has high research significance ane pracrical value. This article takes DSP as the main control chip and does research to the whole AC servo drive system.Firstly, this article makes some analysis on the AC servo drive system. This article does some research on the basic components of the system and the function of each part. Then this article mainly studies the basic principle and algorithm implementation of SVPWM, designs the AC servo drive system based on SVPWM and multi-loop control and expounds the basic working principle.Secondly, this article designs hardware, software and upper computer of the system. The hardware design of system includes rectifier and power drive, information collection of motor, protection and isolation, upper computer communications and so on. The software design of system is the program based on DSP, and mainly includes logical operations, current and speed processing, multi-loop control, SVPWM control. The upper computer design of system includes login rights management, monitor of motor running, setting of the control parameters and other functions.Finally, this article simulates and researches on the whole system. This article designs the SVPWM module and the Fuzzy-PID controller with MATLAB software. Then this article designs the simulation diagram of the system and does some research on it. After that this article builds the system to experiment and proofs the rationality of system hardware, software and upper computer.
