Research On Optimum Path Of The Government Information Office Government Micro-blog

The microblog of the government press office is a window for official information released, a important way for government to propaganda and to show the city’s image. At the same time, the timeliness, equality and interaction of microblog are also provide a more convenient communication platform for government and public. On this platform, people can consult information and give feedback with the government, which also collect public opinion and explain confusion for people. Both of them realized a more direct interaction. However, microblogs of different government press offices are presented different features on their content construction and form applying, which caused different influence of microblog. This paper uses content analysis to search a path for optimizing the microblog of government press office.This paper take case of “Shanghai release", "Beijing release" and "microblog of Yunnan", in the top ten microblogs released, taking a content analysis of basics of the Three(design of webpage layout, daily circulation, releasing period, information sources, micro-blog groups of government affairs), microblog content and form( form of issuing documents, interactive form, language style). The study found that microblog releasing is most active, but don’t use well of peak; contents of microblog are rich and have distinguished features. One-way information release is still the main content of government affairs’ microblog, and the function of enquire political affairs with people don’t work well; the form of government affairs’ micrblog still need to be riched, language style is more strictly offical and not intimate with people. In view of the current situation of the development of government micrblog,I put forward the following suggestions: content of microblog should be diverse and unique; enrich presentation of microblog; keep microblogs issued active; master rules and opportunity of microblogs; establish a populist lively language style; Establish a supervision and evaluation feedback mechanism; creating a microblog group of government affairs and play an advantage of overall linkage.
