Design And Implementation Of The Message Service Management System For The Heilongjiang Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Association

With the Chinese financial market gradually deepening, the competition amo ng banks is becoming increasingly fierce. Banks need to expand services means to improve the quality of service so as to improve customer loyalty, and SMS banking system is one of the solutions. This project comes from the Heilongjiang Province Rural Credit Cooperatives Association of SMS business management system. It offers a channel for customers to visit the banking systems, a channel for the banking systems to remind the customers and a channel for the bank staff to push news to the customers or their colleague.In consideration of the analysis of the project requirements and implementation technology of functional and performance aspects, in the overall design part this paper decides to adopt B / S(Browser / server) structure, java language, and the Eclipse platform to realize this project, and at last the program will be realized to the JBoss server. In particular, this project adopts spring and Hibernate framework; dorado display middleware to add JSP function; socket communication technology to increase the speed of sending and receiving data; the multi thread concurrency technology to improve efficiency of the system.The system includes three subsystems, as the system management subsystem, the business management subsystem and the background server subsystem. The system management subsystem include organization management, user management, role and rights management, menu management and log management. It is the management of system users and their jurisdiction. The business management subsystem includes short message creating, short message template management, group sending management and the query and statistics of the data. It is the part for the bank staff to manage the SMS business. The background server subsystem includes the interfaces, the analysis and transformation of the business messages, the analysis and transformation of the short message from the customers, and the buffering and sending of the short messages.Through the function and performance test of the SMS business management system, it is proved that the system has met the requirements of the short message business dealing on safety, reliability and efficiency under the limit condition.
