| Sand,as a kind of typical natural granular material,its mechanical behaviors,such as compressive hardening, dilatancy, anisotropy, etc, essentially affected by its internal microstructure.Using the method which unified the experiments and the numberical statistics to carry on the statistics for the sandy soil pellet and quantitative analysis of meso structure,has the benefit to the thorough research of sandy soil distortion mechanism.This article based on the digital image processing technology and experimental technique does the appraisal research to the sandy soil compactness. Major research work and results are as follows:First of all, conducting the preparation of sand density evaluation studies, which including preparing for the experiments of sand images and setting-out sand physico-mechanical properties of parameters when assessing evaluation and analysis. According to the experimental scheme,making out the key observation object: the target sand which means that the coloring particles of the same gradation.Meanwhile with the standard earthwork experiment,conducting the normal sand pellet gradation,and the proportion of the density, the smallest dry weight density, smallest parameters and so on void ratio, most macrovoid ratio as well as water content, which appraises the research for preparing for the later period experiments.Then, the most critical step is to program and apply Matlab image processing procedures.According to the need of topic,based on the digital binary image processing technology, using eight neighborhood searches and the cluster method to realize the connected domain search and the sandy soil pellet statistics. Results show that it is a good way to count the number of coloring sand particles and understand the distribution of particles,so as to lay the foundation of internal connection between changes in the structure of the internal properties of the sand and changes of the number of particles for further study. It is of great significance to study the change of properties of.sandy soil microscopic structure under different conditions.Finally,according to the multi-groups experiments, establishing the relationship curve between the number of coloring particles which statisticsed by the imagery processing in the specil window and sandy soil compactness conducted by theory inferential reasoning correspondence, drawing both the relational curve, using the formula to fit,and making the parallel analysis, with various quality synthetic evaluation to obtain the inner link of target pellet quantity and compactness.Through the entire study,concluding that the relationship curve not only to be able to better response the relationship between the two, but also verify the rationality of the test pilot program, and the effectiveness of the program,all in all that has layed a solid foundation for in-depth study of sandy soil microscopic structure. |
