In recent years, energy management information plays an increasingly important role in equipment manufacturing enterprise energy work. However, the current energy management information management more emphasis on the operational level, and consequent accumulation of vast amounts of business data, and has not been effective and rational use in other business sectors, particularly in support of effective decision-making aspects of the information, the lack of scientific data analysis and diagnosis reasonable. In today’s era of big data, traditional energy information management thinking has been affected big data, data-analysis-based decision support is integrated into the energy management ideas equipment manufacturing enterprises, which are for the equipment manufacturing enterprises to improve energy management level to this optimization of the industrial structure, improve efficiency and create social wealth, plays a huge role.This paper, combined with the field research of a large domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises CM Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., in order to build equipment manufacturing enterprise energy management information system as the background, to the Energy Informatics as the theoretical framework, combined with the energy consumption and structural characteristics of equipment manufacturers, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of equipment manufacturing enterprise energy management, and links each information system in equipment manufacturing enterprise through data exchange and information coupling mechanisms of energy management information system, constructed equipment manufacturing enterprise energy informatics models with optimizing the design of flow network, sensor network and sensitized objects; large data thought as the core using a service-oriented architecture technology equipment manufacturing enterprises to establish real-time energy data warehouse to integrate enterprise energy information, to further reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency, ensuring that waste equipment manufacturing companies in the process of using a minimum of energy technology, while reducing operating costs, thus achieving energy conservation, environmental protection goals.The innovation lies in:(1) Established from the perspective of improving energy efficiency of equipment manufacturing enterprise energy management information system model to reduce energy consumption, improve the level of equipment manufacturing enterprise energy management and its energy management information system by the limitation of energy management level and ignore to reduce the consumption of energy shortage.(2) Based on the theory of energy informatics, the equipment manufacturing enterprise energy consumption structure and characteristics, the use of information system through the inductor, sensor network flow in the network real-time information, timely to optimize and improve energy efficiency, avoid the phenomenon of energy waste.
