| With the increase of greenhouse gases concentration in daily life, caused by the greenhouse effect, the global temperature rise, causing serious impact on the entire ecosystem. According to the plan for the national, the work of provincial level greenhouse gas inventory preparation must be a normal daily work, that is, to regular data reporting, collection, collation, processing, and ultimately generate inventory report. At present, this work is by human hand to collect the relevant data, report, finishing, processing and calculation, not only inefficient and costly, nor the formation of business standard, implement great resistance. Therefore, based on the standardization, the information method to build the greenhouse gas emissions inventory platform software system becomes an urgent and important task. This thesis discusses the agricultural greenhouse gas emissions inventory system, which is a subsystem of the whole platform, which is responsible for the agricultural field greenhouse gas inventory data acquisition and processing.This thesis developed the greenhouse gas emissions inventory system which is suitable for the local Climate Center according to the local Climate Center’s real demands. First analysis the function of the agriculture greenhouse gas emissions inventory organization system to understand the functional requirements of this platform system. And on the basis, we conducted a overall demand analysis and a data modeling of this platform, design the overall structure and database of this platform in detail. And then according to the function demand of the platform, the platform system is divided into six functional requirement that include data entry, data verification, database, list calculation, report generation, system management, at the same time according to the different roles in the platform system, the user of the platform system is divided into data submitted user, summary report and auditing user and administrators user of three types of user. And detailed design and implementation of the platform system are carried out. Finally, deployed the agriculture greenhouse gas emissions inventory organization system on the server Tomcat, and then do some specific function test for each function,analysis the test results in the end.The test results of the system show that this system is running well,the security, practicality, dynamics and integrity meets the basic requirements of the system design, and implements greenhouse gas emissions data information collection between Climate Center and enterprise department. And forming a greenhouse gas emissions data information collection, upload, audit, calculation, query as the main line of greenhouse gas emissions inventory system. Finally this system still help to strengthening the supervision work for greenhouse gas emissions data. The system already has the condition of on-line operation, can be deployed in the production site of the user for field use. |
